Oklahoma Prisons Oklahoma Department of Corrections http://www.doc.state.ok.us/ The Oklahoma Department of Corrections Operations Memorandum OP-070202 states: Special Diets (4-4319): DOC will establish a modification of the master menu to provide alternate protein sources for any inmate unable to eat the regular protein source because of religious requirements. The alternative protein source will be that the same as on the vegetarian diet. (4-4319) Every food known or believed to contain pork or pork by-products will be designated on a posted menu for each meal.
